Plugins Link redirect

Hello,

For some reason our WordPress site is redirecting plugins link to

https://sunriseboxes.com/blog/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sunriseboxes.com%2Fblog%2Fwp-admin%2Fplugins.php&reauth=1

Every other link works fine, just the plugins.

If I type
https://sunriseboxes.com/blog/wp-admin/plugins.php?

I am fine, I can see all the installed plugins.

I tried restoring the database and the files to a time when this did not happen with no luck, any ideas?
