Plugins – I feel so stupid, but that hasn't stopped me before

  • I have WordPress…I’m fairly new to it, and I’m trying to find out as much as I can from this forum, but for the “plugins panel”, which is supposed to be by the admin panel somewhere, I swear I’ve checked everywhere but can’t find it.

    I have the free edition…do you have to pay for plugins?

    Also, I have the most up to date version of WordPress. I’m old. Blame it on that, or anything else, but I would appreciate anyone who knows what i’m looking for adding their input!
