Plugins have limitation? Can’t use Cartflows upsell and downsell

    Hi!

    I am using Cartflows and I reached out to them. They told me the following about payment plugins that support or do not support upsell and downsell flows:

    “By the way, the one-click upsell and downsell feature can currently work with some of the most popular payment gateways which are listed below: List of all the Supported Payment Gateways by CartFlows”

    … which means that your payment plugins are not supported, as I can understand.

    Can you please confirm for me if it’s the case? If so, do you have plan to fix that with them anytime soon by any chance?

    Hi @zokkoz

    Cartflows does not list our plugin but we have specifically added compatibility with the Cartflows plugin. They’re more than likely just trying to get you to use their Stripe plugin.

    If you’re still deciding on an upsell/order bump plugin I would recommend FunnelKit as it’s the best option available in my opinion. Our Stripe plugin also works with FunnelKit.
