Plugins for Spam Comments

What are the best plugins now for stopping spam comments? I’m using Akismet and it’s catching them. But I’d like to see about stopping the automated posting as I’m having to scan through 100 or so a day.

I searched the forums but the information is a bit outdated and I’m not sure they all work with 2.3.

I looked at bad behavior. But I’m concerned that it will blog some regular users from commenting as it appears it is too strict or get’s false positives in some rare cases. It’s not worth stopping a regular user from commenting to me.

Anyone recommend a captcha plugin for comments? If so, which?
