Plugins for Contest/Competitions

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to host competitions or contests on my website. I am mainly interested in video contests where users would submit a video and then visitors would would on the which is the best. If we could have rounds that would be great. For example, where the top 10 qualify based on highest vote, then the top 5, then the winner is announced.

Does anything like this exist? I messed around with Wishpond which is pretty good, but it costs at least $25 per month.
