plugins folder

  • So, I have been deleting plugins that were turn on by FTP. I was told that it doesn’t turn off the plugin and it could still have codes left on my site.

    I’ve changed the name of the folder and my site works fine but when i change it back to plugins my site runs slow and my I/O Usage ix maxed out.

    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

    Hope you are well!

    Can you access WordPress dashboard?

    If so, you can go and disable all the plugins, and then enable them one by one to see which one is causing the high I/O
