Plugins doesn’t seem to work

    Hi!

    I just bought the create Bible reading plans and downloaded the Bible reading plans.

    But Both of them doesn’t seem to work on my website. I’ve received 2 API’s from ESV and ABS, but still i get an error: https://lblw.nl/987498009-2/

    Can u please help me.

    I’m still working on it. Biblebrain searched with me to solve the problem. Due to time constraints, I have not been able to work on the solution this week. If I have more answers I will of course let you know. I also follow Xave’s thread.

    Hi,

    I request for another api key.
    with this new one I test anything happens the same error in settings:

    ERROR: Could not retrieve list of versions from the Bible Brain (aka the Digital Bible Platform) API.

    @lblwuser and @xzave, another user reported something similar in their post “Could not retrieve Scriptures from … error.”

    When they asked their web hosting service about it, the hosting service replied that the problem was due to the fact their site was using PHP 8.n, whereas the plugin had only be tested up to PHP 7.4.

    I have, therefore, worked to clear the code errors due to the differences between PHP 7.4 and 8.2 and posted version 2.1.5-beta, which works in the tests I have done with PHP 8.2. You can download it at https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZQcsPVZOcNfDpXqK50A6B3Bw13k7J0zaKS7 and upload it to your plugins.

    There now appears to be a problem in the settings page with retrieving a list of all of the Scripture versions from the DBP API, at least under certain circumstances. I will be working to resolve this next. When I do, I’ll give you a link to the beta-2 version of the plugin.

    Please let me know whether or not this beta version works for you and of any issues that you encounter.

    Due to another project I am not able to devote my full attention to this at the moment. I will be done with this in a few weeks and then I will (full of enthusiasm) process / apply the update.     This is fixed with Version 2.1.5.
