Plugins disappeared cannot be reinstalled

  • All my plugins have disappeared from my plugin page. When I try to reinstall the following message appears Destination folder already exists. /home/notaczwi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    Plugin install failed.

    I cant seem to find these plugins but apparently they are somewhere on the site. Please help
