Plugins disappear randomly on multiple sites

  • I haven’t updated to the newest version yet because I need this issue resolved first.
    EVERY TIME I log into the backend of my sites, if I open the installed plugins, I get red error messages that each of the plugins have been deactivated due to an error.

    Or randomly, I went to the installed plugins on another site and ALL flat out disappeared, including my shopping cart, SEO tool, etc. No one had accessed the dashboard or anything, just randomly shut down.

    Any advice?
