Plugins deleted Still loading elements??

Have you cleared out your cache? Inside of WP Total Cache you can delete any stored cache.

If you haven’t done so after deleting your plugins, that may be the issue.

I would recommend trying to cut down on the number of HTTP requests. You want to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 (or less).
