[plugins contact form 7] Database export

    Hi,

    I’m new to wordpress. A client is using wordpress for their website, and my boss asked me to create an application form that connect to database which will be exported to a csv file. And wordpress is able to do that. Thanks to great plugins, contact form 7 and cf7db, and of course, this forum.

    However, I need to do some modification.
    First, I need to change the field name “Submitted”. Where can I change it?
    Second, Where can I put extra code like javascript in my form?

    I’d have more questions, but I think 2 is too much. Thank you in advanced.

    im having a developer build this essentially…. couldnt figure it out quick enough…
