Plugins and Themes pages not working

Hi,

I’m having troubles running wordpress on my windows machine with wamp server. web server running on 880 port. This is the error that i get when i go to featured plugins and themes page. also theme and plugin search pages return same error. This is it below. Please help to resolve.
