Plugins and theme disabled automatically plus text widgets disappeared

Friends few minutes ago I faced this problem. My WP automatically logged me out, when I logged in again, I saw that all plugins are disabled including active theme.
When I activated all again and checked site, all text widgets are vanished only one widget is present (Popular posts). Anyone know why this happened?
