Plugins and settings copied?

    Hi,
    I have set up one website using a free theme and free plugins.
    I have made changes to PHP and CSS to the theme, and I have set all settings, for example, in rankmath I have set my preferences etc.

    I want to use the same theme, same plugins, same settings on another site with different content. If I use this plugin will these settings, edits and plugins be transferred?

    I dont want any content really (because I would have to delete it all anyway), just these theme, edits, settings and plugins

    Thanks for the feedback! Yes, all your plugin/theme settings should be transferred. The settings on step 2 of the build process allow for various filters in the event you need to exclude items from the archive.

    So I can exclude all content if I want to and just copy all else (except for content)?

    You can exclude files or directories or database tables. Those are the main options.
