Yes and debug is on

Well, that’s what’s putting it there. Disable the plugin and the thing in the admin bar will go away.

Thats my problem i didnt put it there.
My ex programmer did and i dont know which plugin it is

Nothung at all, no changes

Disable *all* plugins. If it goes away, turn them back on one at a time until you identify the one.

Note that you have debug enabled on a production site. You should disable WP_DEBUG if you’re not actively debugging something and delete wp-content/debug.log
