Plugin removes several product items

    I’m using WooCommerce Appointments from BookingWP, I have a need to change the values on the following fields in bulk:
    _wc_appointment_duration from 1 to 90
    _wc_appointment_duration_unit from hour to minute
    _wc_appointment_interval from 1 to 90
    _wc_appointment_interval_unit from hour to minute

    WP Import Export Lite does allow me to export these fields, edit the spreadsheet then import the changes back into the product/s.

    This works fine however after the updates to the products I find that several other items within the product have been deleted and have to be restored from backup, losing the changes made during the import.
    Items I noticed deleted:
    Product feature image removed.
    Short description removed.
    The main description removed.

    Seriously? And you think it’s normal to be able to export and import just to discover the plugin delete the fields? And you don’t think that at any point in the process there should be an alert or an error message? With the lite version it’s possible to export and import, it’s not working, but it’s possible. I had to use a backup just like @kellscolin2020 . Please change your plugin to not ruin everyone’s store. The lite version don’t support import or export products, I respect that because it’s free, but delete this funcionality from the lite version. It’s just not logical. With your plugin is possible to do something that is not support!!! this is insane. PLEASE, do something.

    Try “WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products (Premium)” this works for me.

    By default plugin update all field. you have option for update any field. just uncheck other field and it will work fine.

    Seriously? Did you read my post? If in the lite version is not possible to export/import product, it’s logical just not to have this option. It’s common sense. Really? Is it so difficult to understand that? Just in this topic you have two guys who have problems with that and this is acceptable for you? If we can′t do something in a plugin, just delete or block this option, is simple and honest.
    I have a lot of free plugin that have a paid version. I can’t select pro options in the lite version. Simple and honest
    I really don’t understand your point of view. Do you want people to loose content after using your plugin? Just think about that. Just telling people they can′t do something, is not enough, are you familiarized with the Poka-Yoke concept? You have a plugin that leads people to make mistakes and ruin a website.
    I really like your plugin, it well made, but frankly I never see something like that.
