[Plugin: Zopim] Zopim Widget not displaying, with or without plugin

Hi,

I tried adding manually the zopim code to my pages, it does not display.

Using the plugin it does not display either, I can see that the script is indeed in my html page (website : https://digitalikes.com), but its not showing on any browser I tried.

Do you think this is a WordPress, a theme (using avada theme) or a host issue ? I have sites with zopim on the same hosting working fine
