[Plugin: ZooEffect Plugin for Video player, Photo Gallery Slideshow jQuery and audio / music / podca

First of all, it is a great plugin. Easy to use and awesome results.
My issue is that sometimes I don’t see anything where my galleries should be and if I go to https://www.zooeffect.com the page never stop charging so I may ask, is the service down? I’m getting this problem very frequently in the recent time.
