[Plugin: YouTube widget] New widget version

Since it was getting old and without any apparent support, I have redone the plugin using new Widget API.
Features:
- Uses the iframe version of YouTube embed
- Normalizes the video URL to https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID
- Shows the thumbnail of the video to confirm that you have the correct video.
- Fetches the title of the video if none is specified
- Multiple instances supported
