[Plugin: YouTube SimpleGallery] Video icon instead of thumbnail picture?

It’s the widget called ‘Test video’ at the bottom of the right sidebar.

I have been having the same problem..

This is my first time using Simple Gallery (v1.5). I was getting the grey icon but then followed Banjax’s advice (remove “watch?” and then swap the “=” after the “v” for “/” and it works, the thumbnails appear.

I used Banjax’s advice as well but it didn’t work for me.. the code works well in the plugin but not for the widget.. here is my website https://www.jan25-egypt.com

I’m not using the widget. Just using it to embed a grid of youtube within in a page.
