[Plugin: Youtube Sidebar Widget] call widget manually

Hello,

I have a manually programmed sidebar. In there I want to insert the sidebar widget. Does anyone have an example how to call the widget() function using php? Especially: what’s the differece between the variables $args and $instance, and how do I fill them?
