Plugin: YouTube Live Pro linking to live stream

I have a few questions about how to link to have live streaming on a website. This is kind of long so please bear with me. I have YouTube Live Pro. The church I attend is going to start live streaming. The problem is that I can’t link up to their site on our website which I run for them. I have a YouTube and the YT user ID and YT Channel ID. The people at church who are in charge of the live streaming (camera auto etc), also have an YT account. They are using their account to live stream.
Question: Am I right in thinking that I would need their User and Channel ID to link to in order to see the presentation on the church’s web site. They do not have You Tube Live Pro.
Question: Anyone that live stream using YT and does not have You Tube Live Pro do you have an User and Channel ID.
I hope that this is a little clearer than mud. I would appreciate any replies as soon as possible.
