[Plugin: YOURLS: WordPress to Twitter] Fixing the no button and footer issue [WP 3.0.3 | LS 1.4]

3 Error in the plugin, 1 showstoper, other 2 just annoying.

1. No button to “add link” > renders plugin useless. Fix: in add.inc.php on line 51 remove class=”inner-sidebar”. Voila.

2. Error message on add link page. Fix: Comment out line 124.

3. Error message on link shortcuts page. Fix: Comment out line 41.
