[Plugin: Yoast SEO] Pages missing from sitemap

Does anyone know about this? The page doesn’t show up on the sitemap – why wouldn’t the plugin list it?

Half of my pages, total of about 96 – are not being included in the sitemap. Only getting about 45 or so. Disturbing.

I believe this is our fault for not manually entering the following into Google Webmaster Tools, in addition to the defauly sitemap.xml at the public_html root.
