[Plugin: YIKES, Inc. Easy MailChimp Extender] Not sending any info to MailChimp

    I’ve implemented everything according to the instructions, input API key and list ID. Form shows up on my site, but once the Submit button is pressed, the page is refreshed and no info is sent to MailChimp. Any idea how to correct this? Location of form is https://www.socialseduction.com/
