[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Exclude Previous/Next Post?

I have previous post and next post links nearby my related posts links.

The problem is that previous and next posts sometimes end up as related posts, so the same links will be repeated.

Is there any way to exclude adjacent posts from the related posts?
