[Plugin: YD Recent Posts Widget] Link in footer is against Terms and Conditions

I can understand wanting a little publicity, but the link inserted automatically by your plugin is against the repositories’ terms and conditions. You have to ask for permission, not forgiveness. Fix it, please.
