hi i’m just testing out this plugin before committing to using it. I’m confused as once i buy something it takes me to the checkout page. If i move away from this checkout page there seems to be no way to get back to it unless i buy another item?! How do you link to teh checkout page? And why isn’t there a link to the checkout on teh yak widget?

Also if i remove the “redirect to checkout” page option in teh admin section, how do you EVER get to teh checkout??

    thanks in advance

  • The widget doesn’t include the link because no one has asked for it… ??

The checkout is a normal page, so it’s up to you how you link to it. I’ve used a shopping cart icon on some sites, included it in the page list on others. It’s completely up to you.

    hi thanks for replying.
I see what you mean about it being a page. yes you can link to it any old way, of course!
I think the widget would benefit from having a link to “checkout” otherwise it just tells you how many items you’ve got, rather than an options to pay for them.
    thanks for help

PS. I’ve fixed that in the 2.0 release (coming soon…)
