[Plugin: XML Image Sitemap] Doesnt seem to produce the XML file

Installed v1.04 correctly, but I couldn’t find an XML file in the root or anywhere else. Under dashboard/TOOLS there is a page there to control it, which is not mentioned in your docs, and it says my sitemap is now ready, with a link to it.
The filename shown is sitemap-image.xml which is different from what is stated in your installation documentation – An easy fix! It appears there IS an XML file somewhere! But I can’t see it at that URL, when I FTP to the site.
