Sorry about that, one of our packaging scripts removed an important line on the last minute. We’ve corrected that now.
You can reinstall it it will not crash this time.

I’ve just installed Wysija Newsletters 2.2.3 and crashed all the admin pages in WordPress 3.4. But the website works.

Yikes! Deactivate the plugin manually via FTP.
