[Plugin: Wysija Newsletters] activate themes

Hi there,

When editing your newsletter from the visual editor(drag and drop),
look at the tabs on the right side of your screen there is a sidebar with 4 different tabs: Content, Images, Styles and Themes.
Go to Themes and click the button Install Themes

Actually, the problem seemed to be with the browser. I was using Firefox and the plugin was not working properly in many ways. When I switched to Chrome, everything worked.

You’re the second person reporting a browser issue today.
I’m using Firefox and it works fine. Can you specify which version of Firefox and on which platform(Windows, Mac, Linux) are you using it.

I’m having the same problem. Just installed it and when I click on the different themes for the newsletter none of the themes become active. I tried clicking it, dragging it on the template and nothing doing. Tried it in the newest version of Google Chrome, firefox and safari and cannot get the different themes to be applied to a newsletter. I’m working on a mac in case that makes any difference and using wordpress 3.4 and the newest version of the plugin. Any suggestions?

We’ve just updated the version 2.0.2 with a fix for that. Simply delete wysija from your site and reinstall it with the latest version from WordPress repo and it should be back to normal.

Try it out and let us know.

Hi there,

I just uploaded to version 2.1.2 and I can’t edit newsletter any more. No more themes and adding post from the website.. simple not working in Google Chrome, IE 9 and Firefox..

We tested in Mac and Windows 7 (2 each).. We un-installed and installed again.
