[Plugin: WTI Like Post] Limiting votes to times per day

Is there any way to change the voting limit to something like 5 times per day. Maybe a form field that lets you type a number.
Let’s say I want to let my readers vote for up to 5 different posts per day and they can come back tomorrow to vote again.
Any thoughts?
