[Plugin: WTI Like Post] 2 computers on the same network are treated as the same person

I’ve found out that this is true even for logged in users. It should be compared by email or username for logged in users. Lame implementation.

I will look for a better way of getting the correct ip address in a network. As per the current functionality, it checks with ip address. This is the best way of cross checking duplicate voting since we allow both guest users and registered users to vote. So cross checking with email or username will not work if guest users are allowed to vote. Still I will look for a better solution.
