I don’t see WPtouch active on your site at the moment so I cannot comment on its current functionality. However, if your desktop theme includes advanced functionality such as custom post types, shortcodes, or if it uses page templates (such as a template for your home page), you will likely experience issues as the free version of WPtouch is simply not built to handle these types of advanced functions.

I also see that you have a caching function active which, if not optimized for mobile sites, often will serve your cached non-mobile site to mobile devices.

Also, your site loads a separate mobile url on mobile devices (https://m.757coffeenews.com). As WPtouch does not create new sites at new urls, you’ll need to let us know what it is your goal is for WPtouch so we can assist you in achieving it.
