• I don’t have an iphone but I have been using this simulator . My website displays as normal. I am using WPTouch 1.9.34 and WordPress 3.2.1.

I was going to purchase WPTouch Pro but I can’t get WPTouch to work on an iPhone so until I sort this out there is no point in me upgrading. Is there a basic setting I have to enable to get WPTouch to serve up a iPhone version of my website? Am I missing a trick here?

What simulator are you using? All website-based simulators will to work— WPtouch detects the user agents it supports before it serves its mobile version.

You can use the iPhone simulator from Apple, or use The develop mode in the Safari browser to change the user agent, or add the user agent switcher add-on in Firefox.
