[Plugin: WPMS Sidebar Login Widget] Appearance after login

I think the appearance is a little bit entangled after the login. I suggest to use only links next to the avatar. The sentence “Welcome back…” is unnecessary, since we welcomed the user already in the title.
I tested only the multiste part with buddypress. I’ll send you my version. Please check it, how you would be able to integrate it in the next version.

I was thinking about it, if it would be possible to setup the appearance in the admin area. But i have no idea, how.
