[Plugin: WPeMatico] small bug: cron job not invoked after disabling plugin

hi, just noticed this by accident: if the plugin is disabled and then re-enabled, it seems that it doesn’t pick up and continue the previously configured cron jobs automatically – instead, the cron doesn’t get invoked until ALL campaigns are edited and saved again.
