Thanks for the heads-up. I’d love to know if the standalone congressional contact form is working for you — if you setup a page with the [wpcongress_form] tag on that’d help me troubleshoot the problem further (so I can see if it’s the form submission or widget specific).

In the interim try toggling ‘Enable Ajax Forms’ on the ‘WPCongress Config’ page, see if that makes a difference. It could also be worthwhile to double-check your sunlight foundation API key in the config area.

I turned off ajax forms, saved & reloaded the page. I entered the form values & submitted, same result – form just disappears. The API key appears correct.

I tried creating a test page but I’m at a loss how to do what you’re asking. The admin page changes are global, not page specific.

From your Dashboard choose “Pages” under the Pages tab in the sidebar. Click on your test page in the list that appears.

Place the phrase [wpcongress_form] in the HTML editor for this page and save. This will let me see if the form is working for you in standalone mode.

I thought I’d tried this before but I don’t think I saved it before hitting update/publish.

Anyway, I did save it this time – https://www.gunleaders.com/blog/test/

No joy. I do know that I live in what is a ‘split district’ that is to say, without zip +4 I sometimes bring up the wrong rep for me on some services. On a bet I tried my old address and got the same result.

    HTH & thanks,

    Dave
