[Plugin: WPCareers] Fatal error when I install this plugin

    I have installed the plugin a couple of days ago. I can see an error message on side bar and sometimes on footer :

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare array_sort_by_fields() (previously declared in /home/wbcouser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcareers/jp_main.php:173) in /home/wbcouser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcareers/jp_main.php on line 173

    Can you please help me to solve the problem?
