[Plugin: WPBook] SSL required?

Do i need a SSL host to make WPBOOK work with my WP site, facebook page and facebook app?
Even tough i put https:// on canvas page in the fb app and save i get https://
FB displays something about secure urls required from october 1st.I can see the content when typing, https://apps.facebook.com/posta-till-fb in browser. But when i try to view it from my fb page tab i get a blank page.
