I downloaded the plugin and it worked for the first couple of mp3s I added it to which were unpublished posts. I then tried to do someother ones but it stopped working after about the fourth one. It has all the right features, but when I click play, the loading bar and download button show up but it won’t play anything. It shows the pause button like its loading but nothing happens. When I click download it says the link isn’t there but I’m positive I’m using the right link. I’ve checked it so many times to make sure I’m not missing anything. I tried to add the quotes around .mp3 like in this post but it didn’t change anything. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? or does anyone know if I’ll need to upload all my audio tracks again because something is wrong with the link?

Here’s my website if anyone thinks they can figure it out hivemusic.org; the first post will play its songs but all the posts after that will not. Also when you click download on the first post it will automatically download it without taking you to a new page, but when you click on the downloads of posts below it, it will take you to a new window. I don’t know if that has anything to do with why it won’t play. Thanks to anybody that can help me out

So I figured out how to get all my new posts to play/download, but my old posts still won’t play. They’ll take you to the download link but won’t automatically download like the new posts.

So I’ve got version 3.2.1 of WordPress and version 3.1 of the plugin. What I did was I would open up my mediafire link for the track, then make sure the page is fully loaded (this is important to get your song to play). Then I would right click on the link and click “Copy link address.” I would then make sure my post is in draft mode (this is also important to make sure that your song plays). And finally paste the link address. Once you’ve pasted all of your link address’ you can publish the post. The two most important things are make sure the page is fully loaded before you copy the address and to paste in a draft. Hope this works for anyone else!

I’m trying a new method for my audio player. I tried to add the quotation marks and the file plays/downloads, but the loading bar is all filled in and says its at the 0:00 mark, so your not able to skip part of the song or see what time the song is at. Do you know why this would be?
