[Plugin: WPaudio MP3 Player] Audio Player missing on some posts/pages

WPaudio MP3 player worked great in FireFox for over 1 year. After an upgrade to WordPress 3.0.4, the player appears and plays on some posts/pages and on others only show the text link to the audio files.

I have disabled all plugins, tested the default theme, checked for <?php get_header(); ?> and <?php get_footer(); ?> in the theme and still the audio player is intermittent as to what page/post the player decides to appear on.
