[Plugin: WP Voting] Please add a field to the post meta table

I need to be able to query_posts and order by the data generated using a plugin like this. In order to do that I need an average of the votes to appear on the posts meta table.
We would like to sort all posts on our site by the sum of votes over the last 90 days. Could you share what that SQL query might look like to add the field we need? We can drop it in a cron job. OR if it makes sense to add it to the plugin. We are in a time crunch and would be happy just to do the SQL.
