    Certainly, but first – I’m gonna need a bit of information on Server (PHP version ) and list of plugins for that might be interfering with the activation. ??

    PHP Version : 5.2.17

    turned debug on in wp-config & noticed this.

    I think there is another silent error/warning being thrown somewhere. And none of the plugins looks like could be conflict causing. Temporarily disabling all plugins and enabling one by one might help finding the conflict more quickly.
