[Plugin: WP UI – Tabs, Accordions, Sliders] Feature request – add shortcode param for "open&quo
-
Hi, I think this plugin is the greatest thing EVER. I am very happy with the power it gives me to organize and present content, and I’m shooting a donation your way as soon as I’m done typing this.
I’d like to suggest a feature – adding an “open” parameter to an accordionset so that the tabs start open instead of closed, and ensuring that a user can close them one-by-one if desired. I know there is a GLOBAL option for this, but I’ve got that off by default, because most of the accordions on my site need to start closed.
I ran into this need on a resume site where the user will want to review all of the job history first, then close the entries that aren’t applicable so they can print the page with only the ones that matter to the job visible. But looking beyond that, I can see how it would be useful for a lot of different topic types.
Again, thank you for going so far on this project! This helps me an incredible amount with the visual design side of things.
David
