[Plugin: WP to Twitter] Settings For Type Post

WP to Twitter 2.3.8

Unless I am mistaken I thought ‘Setting For Type Post’ meant that whenever a post was submitted it would automatically take the form of the settings you gave it in that section (unless you did a custom twitter post). Such as ‘New Post: #title# #url#’. However mine come up as a post excerpt and its url, which is not what i set, and whenever i change it, the automatic post is still just a post excerpt and url. Is there anyway way for me to fix this so that i can change what is posted in the automatic posts?
