[Plugin: WP to Twitter] It breaks on WP 3.3.1

Here is an example of wrong tweet generated by the plugin.
It used to work before the latest 2 upgrades:

Follow-up for the WordPress forum (dealt with this off-site.)

– #title# problem was caused by having a post update too long to be submitted to Twitter. Resolved by using URL shortener.

– #url# problem appears to be an issue with using WordPress as a direct URL source. Not sure why yet.
