[Plugin: WP Thumbnail Column] issue reverting back to old state

    Hello,
    i’ve installed the plugin it works but i have some issues reverting to the old state of the category.
    Even if deselect pages, i still see the number o pages created in that category.
    Also it shows a weird error in line 403 of plugin.php.
    “Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘CustomColumns::update_header_page’ was given in /$$$/$$$/#@@/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 403”
    I’m kinda new to wordpress any ideas how can i revert the category to the default settings?
