[Plugin: WP Talkshoe] Nothing but errors in settings and in widget

After downloading and activating this plugin, I went to the settings page and I got nothing but errors. I tried putting the widget on my front page and got the same thing, except all over the front of my site. Here’s a shot of the errors.

Using 3.0 version of Talkshoe plugin.
