[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Plugin Breaks Admin panel

  • After installing WP Table Reloaded, I could view front end of site and even the login page. However, once I input login details, it says “Server Error” etc. and gives the Http error 500.

    I went into my host file manager and renamed the plugin WP Table Reloaded only and once I did everything was fine again on the admin panel… I could login and access everything.

    Hope this comment helps, as I would really like to use your plugin.

    thanks for your post. And sorry that you are experiencing this problem with the plugin.

    Unfortunately, I have no clue what could be causing this, and this is the first report about such an issue.
    To find out what’s wrong, I really need more information, like an error message from PHP. If nothing like is shown, could you maybe take a look into the Error Log on your server?

    I’m having the same problem after updating to 1.93 this worked fine before then…

    Also getting this error
    DataTables warning (table id = ‘wp-table-reloaded-id-3-no-1’): Cannot reinitialise DataTable.

    To retrieve the DataTables object for this table, please pass either no arguments to the dataTable() function, or set bRetrieve to true. Alternatively, to destory the old table and create a new one, set bDestroy to true (note that a lot of changes to the configuration can be made through the API which is usually much faster).

    thanks for your report.

    Do you have any additional error messages, e.g. in your server error log file?

    Regarding the message from DataTables: Where do you see this? On the frontend, or on the backend as well? If this is on the frontend, it could mean that your theme has two call to “wp_footer();”. Can you maybe post a link to the table?
